Statement: Ashley Ehasz (PA-01) on Election Integrity in Bucks County

Bucks County, PA – Following misleading posts on social media about access to voting on-demand, the Trump campaign’s planned lawsuit against Bucks County over election protocols, and a letter sent by Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick and his fellow GOP lawmakers intended to undermine trust in the Bucks County election process - PA-01 Democratic Congressional nominee Ashley Ehasz issued the following statement:

“Sowing doubt into our voting systems - as GOP Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick and Donald Trump are doing here in Bucks County - is just another tactic to undermine our democracy and the credibility of our election systems at a time of heightened disinformation and deadly political violence in our country.

Our bipartisan Bucks County Board of Elections officials and workers are tirelessly working to ensure voters can trust that their ballot will count, and I am grateful for all they are doing to facilitate a free and fair election.”
